Return Policy

All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return period or procedure. Kindly check the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

Uniform: Clothing & Accessories Declared by Respective School's You may raise a return request for Uniform purchased on www.shopforschool.in within 2 days from the date of delivery to you, so long as it is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags still attached, with original packing material is available.For any discrepancy(Missing Items/Damaged Items/Wrong Itmes) buyer needs to intimate within 2 days from the date of delivery. Under any circumstances, after expiry of 2 days, Uniform will not be taken back.
Books & Stationery: Note Books Declared by Respective School's There will be a return day organized at respective schools during academic year, you may return unused, undamaged, books without stains & original packing material during particular return day. You will have to contact school ADMIN officer to know more about books return day. For any discrepancy(Missing Items/Damaged Items/Wrong Items) buyer needs to intimate within 2 days from the date of delivery. Under any circumstances, Shopforschool.in will not take back sold Books & Stationery if school do not hold a return day.
No Returns categories: ebooks, Stationery Items, Any item purchased in an offer, Text Books Published by/ Other than Shikshan Publishers No returns For any discrepancy(Missing Items/Damaged Items/Wrong Itmes) buyer needs to intimate within 2 days from the date of delivery. Under any circumstances, books and Stationery published by/ other than Shikshan Publishers will not be taken back.
Return Products Conditions

(1) In case of returns are accepted in respective school / designated place then other return options may not be available.

  • Step 1 - Buyer needs to inform shopforschool.in the return request within the return period applicable to the respective product. Once Buyer has raised a return request by contacting us on School / Designated place &/or our Customer Care Number to register return complaint.
  • Step 2 - Seller accepts the return request raised by the Buyer or customer care guides buyer further process.
  • Step 3 - Buyer will have to approach respective School / designated place where products can be physically returned on a SPECIFIC return day & the refund shall be collected on the spot or credited to the buyers account, whichever may be easier & quicker to the seller.

Your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Correct Products Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be un-detached and clearly visible.
Complete Products All in-the-box accessories, freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Products The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality.
Undamaged Product The product (in a whole or a part) should be undamaged in any sense.
Undamaged Packaging Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The Admin Officer/School/Designated Person may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions is not met.

Returns Process if returns aren’t happening at Designated Place or School.
  • How do I return an item purchased on Shopforschool.in?
  • You can place your return request online or call on customer care numbers.
  • You can also directly take the item to respective school / designated place along with copy of your order received on email to physically return on specific RETURN DAY
Process for Return Request via Call to Customer Care Number (Applicable only if refund day isn’t organized by seller in School / at designated place)

  • Wait until our system connects your call to One of Customer Care Executive.
  • Please mention Order No. Vide which you want to initiate the return request.
  • Please confirm which item from the ORDER or WHOLE ORDER you wish to return.
  • Customer care executive will confirm the request to you and guides buyer further process.
  • The refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

In case of disputes between parties the courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Information on Refund Credit only if order not accepted before delivery

When are Refunds provided?

  • Refunds are provided within 21 working days timeframe for the prepaid order cancelled by you before delivery or You have requested a refund in case you are not happy with our product and raised request within 2 days of the time after delivery.
Refunded amount isn’t reflecting in my bank account, Why?

Every refund processed at www.shopforschool.in is personally handled by our Customer Care Executive team, Sometimes banks & other financial institutes take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will be Happy to Help You.

Why am I cant see 'return' link/button or Why is it disabled?

A disabled 'Return' link / button OR you not able to see the Return Button/Link may mean following things: The item is non-refundable / non - cancellable (for eg. Books & Stationery). In any of the above cases, you can get in touch with our Customer Care Executive for more information

When are returns not possible?

There are certain times, as described below, where we shall not be able to support returns. -Return request is made after the specified time frame of 02 days. -The Returned package we have received has missing price tags / labels / original packing / accessories / vouchers / any additional items shipped along, etc.. -Product is damaged / torn due to misuse or improper handling. -Product has been used and then returned. -Products that are tampered / altered or changed
